Our policies are designed to inform and protect our valued users as they engage with our educational services.

Refund Policy Overview:

  • Non-Refundable Fees: All fees paid to Orage Digital Pvt Ltd for registration or other services are non-refundable. We encourage users to carefully consider their decision before payment.
  • Exceptional Circumstances: Refunds may be considered under exceptional circumstances, such as severe medical emergencies or critical unforeseen events. These are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of the management.
  • Process for Refund Requests: Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing, detailing the circumstances and including any relevant documentation. The review process may take up to 90 days, and decisions will be communicated directly to the applicant.

Specific Scenarios:

  • Duplicate Transactions: If a user is charged twice for a single transaction due to a technical error, the duplicate payment will be refunded within 15 to 20 working days.
  • Scholarship Eligibility: To qualify for a HETS scholarship, applicants must take admission in a participating institute. Scholarships are awarded based on merit and are non-transferable.
  • Scholarship Commencement: Fees are non-refundable once the scholarship test has commenced, regardless of a student’s attendance or continued participation.

Additional Notes:

  • Provisional Admissions: Students admitted provisionally must meet all eligibility criteria and submit required documentation by specified deadlines. Failure to do so may result in the withdrawal of the admission offer without a refund.
